Studio of Handcrafts Loom

This is the text from the original flyer:
From the Studio of Handcrafts flyer… jack- type loom is constructed of red oak with hand rubbed oil finish… The ease of the treadle tie up is a feature everyone greatly appreciates…The patented Lamm to treadle connectors need only be threaded into the right holes… The breast beam and the entire beater assembly just lift off and are out of the way for threading…All of the harnesses slide out of the castle grooves with nothing to detach…The heddles can easily be shifted without using tools or opening hooks.
Standard features of studio of handcrafts looms:
Heddles – 10 to 1 inch
Reed – one to 10 dent
12 inch circumference warp beam
Friction brake on a warp beam
Small increment ratchet on cloth beam
Six treadles for four harnesses
Price: $350
Located in Coupeville WA, contact Natalie for details.

Schacht Warping Board with Poles – 14 yards
Recently replaced by a mill, this warping board (and custom poles) needs a new home. Purchased in 2008, this board has been gently used with no damage (pegs have always been tightly intact). The custom poles allow the board to be used without mounting to a wall, as they lean against the wall and are portable. They are a clone of Paula’s Purple Poles (https://lunaticfringeyarns.com/product/paulas-purple-poles/) with holes to hang/tie the assembled warping board either lengthwise or crosswise. I did not like the hanging method to secure the board, so we turned the poles upside down and used longer bolts with wing nuts (also included are the original 17-year-old bolts from Schacht) to secure the warping board to the poles in either position. The poles can be reversed and the holes used for tying/hanging the warping board, if preferred.
The poles are padded at the top to protect the wall, and if placed on hardwood flooring, “Super Sliders” (not included) can be placed at the bottom of the poles. The poles will not move during the warping process.
Price: $100 for the board and poles together.
The 14-yard warping board sells new for $177 and the Purple Poles sell new for $80.

Vintage Glimakra Standard Floor Loom
Absolutely pristine mid century rug/tapestry loom, made in Sweden by Glimakra. Meticulously maintained and excellent working order. The picture truly doesn’t do it justice!
Hoping this beautiful loom can find a new home where it will be put into use and enjoyed. It’s constructed with an awesome slot and peg system that is extremely sturdy, but also makes disassembling the loom a lot easier. It’s truly a wonderful piece of equipment! Either rugs or tapestry can be worked on this loom. I also have some awesome learning material from iconic master weaver Peter Collingwood that I’m happy to include with the loom.
The loom has 10 shafts and they weaving width is 63″. It comes with extra reeds, a raddle, a ton of beautiful, wooden shuttles, bobbins, etc. Everything is here that you need to get started weaving. Just add yarn!
Loom price: $3400
Glimakra Bench price: $400

You will definitely need a truck to transport it, but I can help with loading it. My best friend and I disassembled the loom at its original home and reassembled it here in my studio, so I’m familiar with that process and I’m happy to help with disassembly as well.
Email for more information. The loom is located in Snoqualmie near the Snoqualmie casino.
